Two Very Different Action MMOs
Metin2 and Lost Ark are both action MMORPGs, but they couldn't be more different. Metin2 is a classic from 2004 rooted in Asian mythology with low system requirements and open-world PvP. Lost Ark is a modern action RPG from 2022 (EU) with cinematic graphics and elaborate raid mechanics. Choosing between them depends entirely on what you're looking for.

The Verdict
Metin2 is the right choice if you want open-world PvP with meaningful guild wars, a game that runs on any PC, and a community-driven experience where your guild matters more than your gear score. The Tyranny of Aamon update (November 2025) added substantial new content.
Lost Ark is better if you want cutting-edge graphics, elaborate raid mechanics with precise coordination, and a wider variety of classes. It demands more from your hardware and your time commitment to endgame gearing.
Both are free — try both and decide for yourself.
